1. Unable to submit a claim - make sure they have input all data correctly dates/ times including Hours/minutes and seconds.
Also submission failures due to not inputting address details.
2. A refresh CTRL + F5 can sometimes help when the page is not functioning correctly.
3. Login details for the portal can be found in the bible under VARSlogins
4. Sites can cancel their own claims by going to reports then using the filters to find the claim they wish to cancel and hitting the request cancellation button on the right hand side of the claim.
